Ordering & Shipping

Orders can be placed here online or by calling 618-651-1140. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm CST.

First time orders placed with different billing and shipping addresses will be subject to a one-time verification process. This process is to protect both you and ourselves from potential fraudulent charges.

Clicking the back button or clicking the “Confirm Order” button multiple times may result in duplicate orders. Duplicate orders will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and PayPal. For your security and ours, we do not retain your credit card information.

No modifications or cancellations to orders can be made after the status of the order has changed to shipped and a tracking number has been issued. Cancellations to orders, prior to being updated to shipped for reasons other than an “Out of stock” condition, will be subject to a 6% processing fee deducted from the refund if a store credit is not acceptable. The purpose of this fee is to recuperate card transaction fees that are incurred upon sale and refund of the order. James Barone Racing is not responsible for incorrect orders or orders made by mistake.

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. The recipient must inspect all shipments for damage and report any damage to the carrier and James Barone Racing immediately. James Barone Racing is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If you suspect your order is missing parts, you must contact James Barone Racing within 5 business days of receiving your order. James Barone Racing is not responsible for incorrect orders or orders placed using an incorrect address.
