Warranty & Returns

All sales are final. James Barone Racing will only accept returns in the event of a manufacturer’s defect. Defective items will be exchanged for the identical item or repaired at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA # (Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number) must accompany all returns. In rare cases when a return is accepted, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price and a store credit will be issued. The restocking fee covers our original shipping costs to our domestic customers, the original product packaging and the new packaging needed to prepare the items again for resale. International shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days for any reason.

No modifications or cancellations to orders can be made after the status of the order has changed to shipped and a tracking number has been issued. Cancellations to orders, prior to being updated to shipped for reasons other than an “Out of stock” condition, will be subject to a 6% processing fee deducted from the refund if a store credit is not acceptable. The purpose of this fee is to recuperate card transaction fees that are incurred upon sale and refund of the order. James Barone Racing is not responsible for incorrect orders or orders made by mistake.

All products manufactured by James Barone Racing carry a warranty issued to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damage to coatings caused by exposure to the elements. The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation or repairs or modifications not conducted by James Barone Racing. The warranty is non-transferable. The warranty only applies to products currently in production and is terminated at the time a product is discontinued from production. Supporting components, manufactured by companies other than James Barone Racing, carry that manufacturer’s warranty. James Barone Racing is not liable for consequential damages arising from the use of our products or any indirect damages resulting in the loss of property, revenue or costs for towing, removal, installation, or re-installation. To receive warranty service you must contact James Barone Racing for approval. If approved, you will receive an RMA # (Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number) along with additional instructions for returning the faulty product.

Failure to carefully follow the installation instructions for your new James Barone Racing product could result in significant property damage, personal injury, injury to others or even death. Please take the time to read and thoroughly understand the instructions prior to installation. The installation instructions for parts that require them can be found in the support section of our website. The instructions are as accurate as possible and may vary slightly from model year to model year. Professional installation is always recommended.

Neither James Barone Racing nor any of its employees, officers, directors, or shareholders will accept responsibility for improper use or installation of our products. James Barone Racing is not responsible for the misuse, incorrect installation, or failure of any product we sell. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will James Barone Racing be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products. James Barone Racing does not assume responsibility for any damage to the consumer, direct or indirect, the driver, the passenger(s) or the vehicle resulting from the operation of a James Barone Racing product. PLEASE DRIVE RESPONSIBLY.


We are not responsible for any losses or issues that may occur when using freight forwarders to transport packages. Once packages are delivered to a freight forwarder, they fall under the responsibility and control of the chosen logistics provider. Any potential problems or losses during transit should be addressed directly with the freight forwarder or their respective insurance providers. We recommend thoroughly researching and selecting a reputable and trusted freight forwarder to minimize the risk of such occurrences. We cannot assume liability for events beyond our control once the packages leave our premises.
